Age and eligibility checks

You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to enter. You confirm this when you register and at every checkout. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time, and will always do so before awarding a prize. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed, entries voided and payments refunded.

Staying in control

• Set yourself a budget before you play and stick to it.
• Never try to win back money you have spent.
• Don't play if you are upset, stressed or have been drinking.
• Take regular breaks and keep track of how much time and money you are spending.

Spending limits, time-outs and self-exclusion

Email from the address on your account and we will, within [RESPONSE TIME, e.g. 24 hours]:

• set a daily, weekly or monthly spending limit on your account (decreases take effect immediately; increases after a 24-hour cooling-off period);
• apply a time-out of 24 hours to 6 weeks; or
• self-exclude you for at least 6 months, closing your account and preventing new accounts with your details. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early.
